About Us

Iowa Securities Investment Corporation is a licensed Iowa Private Placement Broker Dealer. We have a variety of investment opportunities available only to residents of the State of Iowa. Our agents work on a salary, and our investors are not charged a fee or commission to invest.

Founded in 1906 by Willard W. Beal, then named Iowa Securities Company pioneered long-term residential lending in a region dominated by short-term crop loans. W. W. Beal would finance the building of homes and commercial property locally and underwrite the loans into mortgage bond issues.

W. W. Beal would then head out by train from Waterloo, IA and ride to the surrounding towns until he had sold all the bonds.

Many things have changed with how business is done, but Iowa Securities Investment Corporation continues with its core business of providing competitively priced real estate loans and investments to Iowa residents, just like W. W. Beal did back in 1906.

With several 6th generation investors, Iowa Securities Investment Corporation continues to provide services to the families of some of the original bond investors and looks forward to maintaining long term, profitable relationships with new clients for generations to come.

Iowa Securities

Securities offered by the Company may only be sold to residents of the State of Iowa. Any purchaser of securities will be required to provide a written representation as to their residency. Persons purchasing securities may only sell those securities to persons residing within the State of Iowa for a period of six months from the date of the sale by the Company, and the securities will include a legend setting forth that requirement.
