As Assistant Vice President, Mindy analyzes financing opportunities for Iowa Securities. Additionally, Mindy is in charge of Iowa Securities’ accounting department, ensuring all of our monthly financials and bank reconciliations are in order.

Her husband and 3 kids keep her busy with all their sports and activities outside of the office. She enjoys the outdoors, fishing, watching football and spending time with her family.

Securities offered by the Company may only be sold to residents of the State of Iowa. Any purchaser of securities will be required to provide a written representation as to their residency. Persons purchasing securities may only sell those securities to persons residing within the State of Iowa for a period of six months from the date of the sale by the Company, and the securities will include a legend setting forth that requirement.
